Royalty and Terms: 2% to 3.5% sliding scale NSR royalty over the Éléonore Gold mine and surrounding property. The applicable royalty rate on gold production is equal to 2.0% on the first 3 Moz of gold produced and increases by 0.25% per million ounces produced thereafter. The royalty percentage is also subject to a 10% increase if the spot gold price is above US$500 per ounce up to a maximum royalty rate of 3.5%. The current royalty rate payable to Osisko is 2.2%.
