ACQUISITION OF A PORTFOLIO OF ROYALTY ASSETS INCLUDING A 1.5% NSR ROYALTY ON PRODUCING SAN GABRIEL MINE

OR Royalties Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement with affiliates of Gold Fields Limited to acquire a high-quality portfolio of precious metals assets consisting of eight royalties for a total consideration of US$115 million, anchored by a 1.5% NSR royalty on Compañía de Minas Buenaventura SAA’s producing San Gabriel gold and silver mine.
